B. How Do I Make A Character Morph That Replaces The Whole Character?
I asked a LOT of this question because nothing can explain to me how to do it. Basically, we all know morphs, pads make you a different character, right? We know that there are 3 types of morphs.
The transformation of the role that transforms him into a role character. These transformations clone a decal on the player’s torso, making all parts of the character invisible. These morphs are essentially similar to changing the StarterCharacter in the StarterPlayer folder of ROBLOX Studio. This character usually works on the StarterCharacter. But, as I said, I want to transform it into a metamorphosis that will replace a Robloxian R15 in this character.
C. R15 Morph Rig & Auto-Morph Script Tutorial
This tutorial explains how to properly create an R15 morph equipment that can be used in conjunction with an R15 auto morph script. This tutorial is for users who want to use automatic methods of working in their genres or games properly.
To start configuring your equipment, you must first purchase standard equipment. The easiest way to get one is to click on the Plug-ins tab, click on Rig Builder, make sure that R15 is defined and click on the Block Rig option.
First remove the humanoid on the mannequin and also on the HumanoidRootPart. After that, you want to open each of the MeshParts on the mannequin and remove everything on it too. Each of the MeshParts must contain something like this. Delete all of this for everyone. However, do not delete the net from your head! You also want to open the actual mesh on the head and delete the OriginalSize value.
You now want to right-click on the individual MeshParts and click on “Group”. As a result, the individual MeshPart is grouped into its own model within the mannequin. Next, you want to rename the model with the name MeshPart. If the MeshPart name is LeftFoot, name the model LeftFoot. Do this for each of the MeshParts. You have successfully configured a ready-to-use R15 morph device with an automatic morph script. You can generate automatic morph scripts as the morph of your choice. There are a variety of ways to design your automatic morph script, but I will use a compact, simple script that will work for you.
To start configuring your automatic morph script, go to ServerStorage, create a new folder and name it “Morphs”. Now you want to create another folder in the Morphs folder and name it however you want, but personally I call mine by the name of the game I’m working on. Within that folder, you want to create another folder named “PersonalMorphs”. Any morphs you want to use with the automatic morph script will be moved to the PersonalMorphs folder. When you have a morph you want to use, create another folder in the PersonalMorphs folder and name it as you like. I personally call my name the character that is my metamorphosis. They are easier to find when you have a lot of them.
Now let’s go to the script I created so that you can create it yourself using these photos. Start by accessing ServerScriptService and creating a script. Name the script “Morph”. Now open the script, delete “print (” Hello world! “)” And let’s start creating.
In the if Player.Name == “CalvinKadir” statement, you want to replace CalvinKadir with your own Roblox username or someone else’s username. You can easily replace this line entirely with a group or group classification statement so that certain groups or group classifications receive the transformation.
You can also remove the declaration from the body (1,1,1, character) entirely if you never plan to change the height, width and depth of your metamorphosis. Remember that when changing these values, you must also correctly size the metamorphosis model itself, otherwise your arms or legs will float away from your torso. Basically, the Finale instructions determine which part of the transformation is visible and which is not. This is sometimes useful. Or you can just do this where you have your head and face, but without accessories.
Finale, Finale1, Finale2 and Finale3 are all types of Finale statements that you can switch between. This will not mess up the script. So experiment and choose what you want. Note that I have two endings in the code below. One end adds or negates the effect of the other end. It is always a good idea to leave the ending (character) there, but it can be switched to different effects, as I explained above.
After completely following all the steps above, the tricky part is out of the way. When you enter the game through a test or server, it will appear as a transformation that you placed in the named folder you created. They will continue to appear with this transformation until you change it in Studio.
This setting is especially useful for RPG genres like Star Wars or Game of Thrones. When the platform works, you can start building and sculpting any character or person. For example, my friend and I made some Dishonored Morphs, as well as many others. Your metamorphosis will go as far as your creativity.
When creating your metamorphosis, be sure to insert the parts you are adding to the correct body part model. Therefore, when you are building something on the left arm, place these parts in the LeftUpperArm model.
I would recommend not to let one part extend to another part of the body. If you are building something on the upper arm, it should not go down to the forearm. It will look a little strange in the game. You can still do this, and I usually build from the upper body to the shoulders of each arm all the time. But areas like the arms may look a little different.
