HOW TO STYLE SWEATPANTS | lazy & cute outfit ideas (lookbook)

Fashion Outfit For Petite Women

Just because you’re under 5.3′ doesn’t mean you can’t look positively stunning, and it certainly doesn’t mean you can’t wear a beautiful cocktail dress. There are so many infinite variations of cocktail dresses, from scarf hems to fluffy skirts to frothy silhouettes. They are fun, flirty, playful, and confident. 2011 is all about vibrant colors, exciting prints, and big, fizzy shirts with tight bodices. Thanks to their frilly skirts they work wonders on the figure. But as with all new fashions, it’s an art to wear them. Not everyone can implement the latest trends with style and ease.

Here are some dresses for the little ones!

Asymmetrical hems:

Serrated hems, scarf hems, and high-low hems are back with an almost remarkable vengeance. This does not go (pun intended) so well with the little ones. It makes us look even smaller, especially if the serrated ends stop in the middle of the calf. The best way to achieve this style is to choose delicately tailored suits rather than strict fitting. Choose the hems so that the lower part of the skirt does not extend beyond the knee. The asymmetric hem – especially the diagonal one – is a nightmare for the delicate. Because the hem cuts through the thighs, the thigh seems larger. However, those with delicate derrières would get along quite well with this hem.

Weightlifting high neck:

The perennial favorite, delicate or not! It is particularly flattering for those with delicate breasts, as the halter straps are cut along the shoulders, making them appear wider. The deep neck-straps are especially flattering to the bust and make it look fuller. In addition, the waist seems smaller and the legs longer. The extra emphasis on the neck gives an illusion of length and an almost swan-like appearance – halters are a sexy trend and something we hope will last a long time!

Flowing skirts:

I’d say think and exercise common sense and good judgment in choosing these skirts. This season there are scarves ranging from floral prints to dyed chiffon, cotton, and silk. Never pick one with big print. Large prints are rarely suitable for smaller women.

Belts:

Choose a cocktail dress with a belt. It’s a great way to show off your thin waist. It also accentuates the bust (for delicate women with breasts). Cocktail dresses with a belt, especially in rough satin, or wide ribbons are perfect for smaller women while giving the dress the necessary touch. A small warning: no matter what type of belt you choose, it will destroy the unity of the dress and therefore reduce the length of the dress. The best advice I can give you is to choose a dress with a girdle color that is very close to the dress.

Tassels:

Tassels have never been so careful with little people. Bulky curtains tend to make you look shorter and chunkier. It looks like a baby trying on its mother’s clothes. (Yes! The effect is honestly so bad without the cuteness.) If you really want something with tassels in your closet, choose a suit with decorated and delicate chiffon strings.

The lining:

The full-body, solid-colored sheath is another great option for you. It’s a great option away from the full circle skirt.
