Some Tips on How to Be Fashionable at College

There is an appropriate fashion for different age groups. Our style preferences change when we move on to the next stage and we find it difficult to choose an age-appropriate dress. From childhood to school age, our parents have the opportunity to choose our clothing. When we reach adolescence, we have the independence to decide what clothes we want to wear, which raises questions about fashion. At this stage, adolescents feel uncomfortable and under strong peer pressure to conform to their friends, and sometimes cannot tell which developmental stage they belong to.

If you’re a teenager and you don’t know how to choose age-appropriate clothing, don’t worry, because I’ve included some clothing on my list that teens like you might have – these tips might help you enjoy your teenage life a little more!

The first thing on your list is to have at least 4 or 5 different style jeans that you can change during the week. One of these pairs can be fashionable, wide cut, thin, or low-rise jeans. Find the right denim that fits you. Teens can also have T-shirts in different colors such as gray, black, navy blue, and white and in different lengths. Choose tank tops that are made of 100% cotton.

Next on the list are simple cotton cardigans in different colors such as black, purple, bright pink or chocolate brown that would make you look chic and fashionable without spending too much. Invest in well-fitting bras and panties. Choosing the right size not only gives you comfort but is also a compliment to any outfit you wear.

Pockets are equally important for women and teens. Choose good quality bags. Classic details can be worn from day to night and match most of the clothes in your wardrobe.

Stylish T-shirts go well with jeans and heels at a party. Avoid tops that are too tight or transparent. They can be satin or lace, in bright colors or with nice prints.

A black or dark gray pant is on the list! You can look great and confident in these at job interviews and recruitment meetings.

A pair of cheap ballet underwear in basic colors, such as brown or black, could be useful, or you could have a pair of bright colors such as red, green, or yellow – the choice is yours!

Don’t forget to bring a pair of slippers. With this, you can walk and run in your bedroom or apartment. There are a variety of styles to choose from. These can be bright and fun colors or you can have fluffy slippers.

Hope you guys have an awesome first week of class! I’m thinking of doing another video with even more college outfits and essentials! What was your fave look? LMK! Expand for details.
